Welcome to Being Unique TV. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Visitor”, or “You”) and Being Unique TV (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform—including creator video reviews, curated gadget picks, 90-day price tracker graphs, coupon codes, festival sale notifications, and affiliate links to Amazon.in, Flipkart, MakeMyTrip, and Croma—you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into these binding terms.

Nature of Services & Content Platform
Being Unique TV functions as a consumer technology media publication, video review aggregator, deal curator, coupon directory, price tracking tool, and travel deal portal.
- Independent Editorial Reviews: Creator gadget testing, laptop performance benchmarks, smartphone camera shoots, and buying guides reflect our authentic, editorial testing opinions.
- Informational & Curatorial Role: We compile active promotions, discount coupons, flash sales, and bank cashbacks from third-party ecommerce retailers for informational and navigational convenience.
- No Direct Sale of Goods: Being Unique TV is not an ecommerce merchant, retailer, seller, or payment aggregator. We do not sell physical goods, process credit card charges, or deliver packages.

- Editorial Independence: Our creator product scores, benchmark metrics, and editorial "BeingUnique Picks" are determined solely on merit and testing quality, never compromised by affiliate commission rates.

Pricing Accuracy, Deal Expirations & Stock Availability
While we make every possible effort to verify pricing, bank discount terms, and coupon codes before publishing, online ecommerce prices in India fluctuate dynamically.
- Merchant Checkout Price Controls: All prices, discounts, delivery charges, and stock statuses listed on Being Unique TV are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The exact price and promotion reflected on the merchant's checkout page at the time of purchase shall prevail.
- Flash Deal & Pricing Error Expiry: Lightning deals, festival price drops (e.g. Flipkart Big Billion Days, Amazon Great Indian Festival), and merchant pricing errors may expire or run out of stock within minutes without prior notice.
- Coupon Code Validity: Retailers reserve the right to modify or terminate promo codes, bank credit card discounts, or cashback eligibility at their sole discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary content on Being Unique TV—including video reviews, scripts, benchmarks, buying guide text, site logos, graphics, user interface layouts, software code, and styling—is the exclusive intellectual property of Being Unique TV and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright treaties.
- Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view site content for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Restrictions: You may not scrape, mirror, systematically extract, republish, resell, or distribute our original reviews, price tracking data, or images without prior written consent from Being Unique TV.
- Third-Party Trademarks: Trademarks, brand names, and logos of third-party companies (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Sony, Amazon, Flipkart, MakeMyTrip) appear strictly for product identification and nominative reference purposes and remain the property of their respective trademark holders.

Acceptable Use & User Conduct

- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or tamper with security-related features, rate limiters, or server firewalls.
- Submit fraudulent contact details or spam into price drop alert, festival reminder, or feedback forms.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the proper functioning of our web infrastructure or server networks.
- Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material through our community or contact channels.

Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")
Our price drop alert tool and mega sale reminders are complimentary informational features provided to help users track gadget discounts:
- Best-Effort Basis: Alerts are transmitted via automated bots and email gateways. While we strive for immediate delivery, we do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe due to ISP network congestion or spam filters.
- No Guarantee of Purchase at Alert Price: Subscribing to an alert does not reserve or guarantee item availability or price lock at the merchant store.

- Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or loss of your transmitted email alerts or wishlist records.
IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS LIMITED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW OR ₹500 (INR FIVE HUNDRED ONLY), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Being Unique TV, its creators, officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from or arising out of your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings, claims, or lawsuits that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
